ABOUT THE CLASSES

Classes are either one to one or in a group (maximum 4 people). You will find that you learn most of your English during the day, in a relaxed way, as we walk and fish the coast line and hills of County Mayo. The formal classes afford a chance to look at the vocabulary, grammar and idiomatic expression that your teacher feels you lack. Depending on your level, Yeat’s poetry or Joyce’s novels are a possibility. The first class usually concerns fishing vocabulary!
